Introduction: SLI-200 is Microcontroller based Crane Safe Load Indicator, It Shows Crane basic parameters such as Lifted Load, Crane Boom Length,Crane Boom Angle, Rated Safe Working Load & Radius from center to Crane Hook. Microcontroller Technology provides 10-bit A/D resolution for accurate measurements of these parameters, Dot Matrix LCD interface provided reliable display in both Day and Night, Keypad provided for settings. Based on the Crane Rated Load Chart it alerts the crane operator for alarming conditions. Calibration procedure is password protected and easy to understand for crane user.
