Introduction: SLI-500 is a new generation,versatile Crane Safe Load Indicator based on PLC Technology & HMI User Interface, It Shows Crane basic parameters such as Lifted Load, Crane Boom Length,Crane Boom Angle, Rated Safe Working Load & Radius from center to Crane Hook. PLC Technology provides 24-bit A/D resolution for accurate measurements of these parameters, HMI Touch interface provided reliable display in both Day and Night. Based on the Crane Rated Load Chart it alerts the crane operator for alarming conditions. Calibration procedure is password protected and easy to understand for crane user.
